How pickup works in Aventura
1. Tell us when
Book below or call. Give us your address and a time that suits you.
2. We collect
We confirm by phone or text first, then collect from your door. Leave a gate code in the notes if we need one.
3. We bring it back
Cleaned, finished and returned to the same door on the day we agree.
Our plant sits roughly 6 miles from Aventura, which is why we can offer same day turnaround here rather than sending work out of the area.
Aventura questions
Do I need to be home for the pickup?
Usually not. Most Aventura collections go through the front desk or valet, so you can leave your bag with them and collect it the same way.
Can you clean and press formalwear before an event?
Yes. Give us the date when you book and we will work backwards from it rather than to a generic turnaround.
Do you do alterations?
Yes, in house, including fittings, hems and repairs. Alterations need a fitting, so those are arranged at the shop rather than by pickup.
Is there a charge to collect in Aventura?
No. Pickup and delivery are free.
