What goes wrong at home

Do not stuff a comforter into a home washer

A domestic machine cannot move a king comforter through enough water, so the filling clumps to one end and the shell takes the strain. That is the lumpy, thin comforter people end up throwing away.

We have the drum capacity and the drying space to keep the loft where it belongs. Our staff are trained on bedding specifically, and the process is chosen around the filling, whether that is down, a synthetic or a wool blend.

Most households do this twice a year. Put it in a bag by the door and we take it from there.

Pick a day and a window online or by phone. No account, no minimum, no card up front.

Our driver comes to your door, your lobby or your front desk on the day you chose.

We clean in house

Everything is cleaned on Pembroke Road. Nothing is sent out to a third party plant.

Back to the same door, pressed and bagged. Same day is available with a noon cut off.

How often should bedding be cleaned?

A comforter twice a year is normal for most homes. More often if you have pets on the bed or allergies in the house.

Will the filling clump?

Not with us. Loft is the whole point of a comforter, so drying is the part we spend the most time on.

Do you clean down?

Yes, down, feather, synthetic and wool blends. Tell us which and we set the process to match.

Can you take a sleeping bag?

Yes, including technical down bags.
