A process built for damage, not for dirt
To bring clothing back to life we use a proprietary eco friendly process that cleans items and returns them to their original condition. It is not the same process we use on a normal order, because smoke and mold are not the same problem as a stain.
It is not only clothing. Bedding, draperies, area rugs, shoes, purses, luggage and household textiles can all be restored. Our team, our finishing equipment and our machines are all on site, which matters when a job needs several passes.

How a restoration job runs
Call us first. The sooner damaged textiles are treated, the more of them survive.

We come to you and inventory what we take, which is what insurers ask for.
We restore
Damaged items go through a restoration process, not a normal clean, and often more than once.
We return
Everything comes back cleaned, deodorised, pressed and bagged.
Questions we get asked
Is restoring really cheaper than replacing?
Almost always, and much faster. Replacing a household wardrobe takes weeks and costs far more than restoration.
Do you work with insurance claims?
We inventory what we collect and provide documentation, which is what most insurers require.
What should I do before you arrive?
Nothing. Do not wash or dry damaged items, because heat can set smoke odour and stains permanently.
Can you remove smoke smell?
Odour removal is a core part of the restoration process, and it is usually why people call us.
