Weston is the furthest west we run a regular route, and almost all of it sits behind a gate. That is not an obstacle, but it does change how the service is arranged.

Scheduled days, not on demand

Closer to our plant we can often be flexible about timing. Weston is roughly thirteen miles out, so we run it on set days rather than responding to each request individually. In practice that means booking a day ahead rather than the same morning.

We confirm the day and the window with you by phone or text before we come out, so nobody is waiting around guessing.

Getting us through the gate

Every community handles this slightly differently, and the ones that go smoothly are simply the ones where it was sorted in advance. Depending on your community you may need to:

• Add us to a permanent vendor or service list at the gatehouse
• Register the visit each time through a resident app or portal
• Give us a gate code to enter directly
• Arrange for collection at a clubhouse or guardhouse instead of the residence

Put whichever applies in the notes when you book. If you are not sure what your community requires, call the gatehouse and ask how they handle recurring service vendors, then tell us the answer once and we will follow it from then on.

Be honest with us about deadlines

Same day turnaround is harder at this distance than it is in Miramar or Hollywood, and we would rather say that plainly than promise it and miss.

If you have a real deadline, an event, a trip, a suit needed for Monday, say so when you book. We will tell you whether we can meet it. If we cannot, you still have time to make another plan, which is considerably more useful than an apology afterwards.

No distance charge

Collection and delivery are free in Weston exactly as they are three miles from the shop. The longer run is our cost, not yours.

What we collect

Dry cleaning, wash and fold laundry, business shirts, suits, comforters and bedding, drapes, leather and suede, area rugs and wedding gowns. Alterations need a fitting, so those are arranged at the shop rather than through a pickup.
